Form 10-KSB

Form 10-KSB was a special reporting form for small businesses. It was phased out by the SEC in order to streamline the disclosure requirements of small businesses and their investors. Now, there are no special small business forms and smaller reporting companies use the standard forms used by other companies, such as the Form 10-K and S-1.

For more information from the SEC about the new form requirements, see their report, "Changeover to the SEC’s New Smaller Reporting Company System by Small Business Issuers and Non-Accelerated Filer Companies: A Small Entity Compliance Guide," or visit the SEC website (http://www.sec.gov/).
